Shipping + Returns

We ship worldwide. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please note all stated shipping times are approximate. Tracking information is provided & will be emailed once dispatched. Once the item is dispatched & the tracking information is provided, the customer is responsible for re-arranging any missed deliveries via Royal Mail.

Free UK shipping on orders over £60 & free worldwide shipping on orders over £150.

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date your order was received. Returned items must be unused. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees.

Once your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements. 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you send returns via a tracked service to make sure it reaches us & make your name and order number visible in so we know who it's coming from.
